The American Coatings SHOW is a B-to-B platform and all trade visitor promotional activities are targeting domestic and international decision makers and professional buyers:
  • Manufacturers of coatings and paints, printing inks, adhesives and sealants, and construction chemical products
  • Industrial applicators of coatings and paints, adhesives and sealants, and chemical products
  • Suppliers of raw materials, laboratory, production or packaging equipment

Show Policies
  • All persons planning to attend American Coatings SHOW 2010 must be registered.
  • For the trade only; proof of business must be presented in order for you to be registered for American Coatings SHOW. You must present business credentials to qualify your company. Accepted forms include a tax license, product catalog, web site, or business card. Individuals who cannot document their direct, professional affiliation to the trade are not qualified to attend the trade show.
  • Use of wheeled carts, stroller or luggage carts is not permitted in exhibit hall(s), except where such rolling carts or bags are a medical necessity.
  • Soliciting by attendees on the show floor is prohibited.
  • No smoking.
  • In the interest of safety, the attendance of children under the age of 16 is not permitted.
  • Please inform and forward a copy of these show policies to any additional registrants you register.

Admission
Trade visitors only; entrance tickets valid for all days of trade show:
Pre-registration by April 9, 2010: $35.00
On-site registration: $50.00

Visitor Registration
Badge mailing deadline is March 5th, 2010. After that date, badges will be available to pick up on-site. Only U.S and Canadian visitor badges will be mailed in advance.

All international exhibitor badges can be picked up on-site at the Charlotte Convention Center.

Online registration closes on April 9, 2010


Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. If you have paid and cannot attend, you may substitute individuals by faxing written requests to below fax number.
In case of lost entrance tickets please contact the service team at the registration counter at the Charlotte Convention Center. Please present ID to request replacement of a lost ticket.
