Cancellation/Refunds
	Cancellation deadline is March 29, 2010. All cancellations must be received in writing by March 29, 2010, to receive a refund minus $100 processing fee. Refund requests received after March 29, 2010, will not be honored. All refund requests are processed post-show. Substitutions are welcome in stead of cancellations anytime and are free of charge.

Hotel Reservation
	Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fees. Reservations will be handled by our service partnerVisit Charlotte Housing Bureau. To secure your hotel of choice and to get special ACC/ACS housing rates, you are encouraged to make your reservations early. Only registered attendees are eligible to make room reservations in one of the convention hotels for the ACC 2010. Registered attendees will receive a 10-digit Code with their registration confirmation to access the online reservation and book the requested hotel accommodation.

Visa Information
	Please keep in mind that international attendees might need to obtain a visa for visiting the US. In order to obtain a letter of invitation from the organizer, please contact the visitor service of the NürnbergMesse North America at: visitor@nuernbergmesse-north-america.com
