ACS Badge Registration for Exhibitors

ACS Registration Information & Policies

Badge Requirements: All personnel working in exhibitor booths must have an exhibitor badge. Only U.S and Canadian exhibitor badges will be mailed in advance if staff is registered by March 5, 2010. After that date, badges will be available to pick up on site. All international exhibitor badges can be picked up onsite at the Charlotte Convention Center.

Each exhibiting company will be issued three (3) exhibitor badges for free per 10’ x 10’ booth. A fee of $15 per badge will be applied to each additional badge requested above the total number of free badges per booth.
Do not register buyers under your company. All buyers/trade visitors need to register as a Visitor.
Online registration closes on April 9, 2010.

Cancellation Policy
In the event you must cancel the registration of a booth staff member please fax the cancellation to +1 (980) 233-3800. All cancellations received by March 22, 2010 will be assessed a $10 administrative fee for paid registrants only. After March 22 the full amount of the registration fee will be forfeited. If you have paid and cannot attend, you may substitute individuals, by faxing written requests to: +1 (980) 233-3800.
