Letter of Invitation for VISA purposes
Exhibitors who have registered their booth staff may request invitation letters for VISA purposes.
The request must be submitted for each specific staff member. We issue one letter per person not per company.

If a visa is needed, a foreign traveler should apply for his or her visa as soon as possible, but no later than 60 days before the travel date. If the conference is scientific in nature, or the applicant has a scientific background, the visa application should be made no later than 90 days in advance of the travel. Applicants should apply to the U.S. Embassy Consular Section in his or her country of residence.

Travel to the U.S. on the Visa Waiver Program
The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) enables eligible citizens or nationals of certain countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for stays of ninety days or less without obtaining a visa.
International visitors to the U.S. from Visa Waiver Program countries are now required to apply for travel authorization online; for details go to the
Electronic System for Travel Authorization ESTA.
ESTA applications are free and may be submitted at any time prior to travel. Once approved, an ESTA authorization generally will be valid for up to two years or until the applicant's passport expires, whichever comes first. Authorization will be valid for multiple entries into the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recommends that ESTA applications be submitted as soon as an applicant begins making travel plans.
