Beware of false and fraudulent housing claims
American Coatings Association wants you to be aware of a scam, where someone contacts you via, phone, fax or email, pretending to be the OFFICIAL American Coatings Show housing company. This Scam identifies itself as the “Official Company” or “Official Housing Authority.”
All reservations should be made directly though our housing company EventSpherefor all of our Official Hotels. Other companies identifying themselves as the official housing company are accused of unscrupulous business practices. These companies will often charge full deposits for all reservations and then never send you confirmation from the hotel.
If you have been approached by one of these scams or have questions about unauthorized solicitations please contact show management. EventSphere is the Official Housing Provider for the American Coatings Show.
